This job is for our longest established client with whom we really enjoy working. As it’s an AGM for an associate body, the budget is tight. However, our professional approach ensures a smart, quality event worthy of some of our more global clients. The client required a meeting space in the daytime and a party atmosphere in the evening.

Faced with a large square room, good ceiling height and an ample mains power supply.
We decided to keep things very straight-forward: A full width stage, carpeted and trimmed.
A full width, full height set with a few recesses for lighting to break it up a little, and space for the sponsors logos to be displayed in an attractive manner.



As large a screen as we could fit in along with lectern and top table positions. We produced a detailed table and set plan to show that everything would fit comfortably. When we recce a venue to produce these plans we can be sure that all will fit; as we not only measure the room but even the tables and chairs!
