With budget and venue access time restrictions, this event required careful and sensitive planning. Held in a seated theatre for a large audience, the client required a look that would strongly brand the environment.
From an initial challenging client brief our solution was rigged and ready to go within 2 hours of the access time providing a slick and quality production. Simple and effective white drape backdrops meant that set lighting could be changed to any colour instantly and branded with the projected gobos to reflect the different departments represented.
Bearing in mind the client and venue constraints we used as much in house technical support as we could. After careful negotiation and liaison with the venue, we supplied them with detailed plans that meant they could have most of our lighting and rigging in place ready for us. Thus vastly reducing our rig time and so controlling our clients’ budget spend. |
