 Our mission here was quite simple! Tenerife - Large stage - Large audience - No time or budget to transport equipment - Hire it on site or take it with us - Great time required!   
So, we flew out and met with some local suppliers, hand-picked our equipment from various sources to make sure we had the best (and made sure we had back up equipment supplies close at hand just in case!) We recced the venue, got to know the staff and in house technicians, tested their systems and set-up and generally made sure we knew our way around and had everything covered. 
One week later, fly back out...
We are a five person production team; Producer/ Technical Manager - Lighting Engineer - Sound Engineer - Laptop/ PowerPoint Operator - General Technician/Rigger. And a 5 piece band for after dinner party!  
All the set dressing you see in the pictures plus show laptops and cue lights plus a couple of our (better quality than we could find locally) microphones, all in one suitcase! We produced an exciting and memorable 2 day conference for nearly 500 people including main plenary with guest speakers and break-out sessions with interactive activities. The itinerary included an evening party, outside, partly over a swimming pool with fantastic views out over the sea. The great band got most people dancing most of the time, whilst the others could relax and chat in the fantastic surroundings. All in all a very memorable event for a very happy client. Delegates reported back to them that it had been one of best events they’d ever been to, relaxed, informative and fun.... ideal! |
