The key objective for this meeting was getting the message across. The client needed a nice clean functional set where the information on the screen would be the focus point of the room. The limiting factor regarding screen size was the low-ish ceiling height at the venue - The Manchester suite at Old Trafford.

We were able to keep the screen size as large as possible by tailoring the flats to make the most of the ceiling contours. The neutral coloured wall of flats across one end of the room concealed the bar area which was not needed for this event.



We also used the existing venue screens for relaying the main screen image down the room, so making sure that all the delegates could see the important information that they came for.
Simple and effective this event really did justify the time and thought spent doing a good venue recce beforehand.
