Here we’re in the south of France, in Cannes, very nice!

We have a large room that needs dividing up to do different things on different days.
The back half of the room was partitioned off and would be the main conference area which would remain unchanged for the duration of the event.



The front half of the room was divided again, into thirds, to make a reception area in the front third and the back two thirds would alternate between a breakout room and an exhibition area.



We changed this area overnight. So the delegates actually got three separate uses from the room within 24 hours. Daytime use as a break-out room, this was then cleared after the last break-out finished. In the evening it was dressed with tall tables for the start of their drinks reception. Next morning when they came in it was a fully fitted and working exhibition area.



We produced very detailed scale plans and liaised with the exhibitors to make sure everyone was completely happy before we got on site. We also supplied and organised the trucking. Not only for the conference equipment, but also all the exhibition stands as this was the most cost effective way of transporting it all.



This made for a very enjoyable and stress free event which was much appreciated by all, client, delegates and of course, us! |
