This event was for internal staff for a company announcement about an exciting new merger.
The venue is an active working storage area within the clients production unit, so we needed to work around this causing as little disruption as possible.

With the clients racking stacked down one side, we used black drapes to screen off the area and tidy it up. We built a set across the far end of the production unit and sat the projector inside a doorway backstage to make as much audience room as possible.

The client wanted something modern, fresh and dramatic, on a very tight budget with a limited get-in time...... no problem!

So... We custom made a metallic gold vinyl set with applied vinyl cut hibiscus flowers. Using sails to form an overhead canopy, extending from the set, out over the front of the audience. This helped focus audience attention during presentations. Gobo wall uplighting provided an interesting backdrop and worked well with the sails to make the most of the large white walls.

A good quality compact sound system was used to give clear speech during the presentations and gentle background music as everyone enjoyed a chat and a bite to eat afterwards. With minimal disruption, this was a nice clean and efficient build giving all the help and support that the client needed. The client was extremely pleased with the end result and this has lead to continued repeat business with them.
