This event was for a one off meeting of very high profile investors in new power generation technology.

It was taking place on a bare earth site where we would need to build everything from scratch.
There were only a small number of delegates, but each one was vitally important. Iit was imperative that everything was perfect as this was a one off chance to impress.

he marquee was built up over two days and then we began the serious work inside. The brief was to create a powerful enclosing auditorium inside. With no sign at all that we were inside a tent.

The auditorium room design was based on a turbine generator. The blades for a ceiling and the gauze covered chrome lattice walls all had programmable moving lights behind them. At the start of the meeting, just before the introductory video the room really did appear to slowly turn!

We installed:
• Tiered seating
• Large wide screen rear projection
• Concert quality surround sound audio system
• A 2 way satellite link up with southern Europe
• Back-up systems so there would be no downtime at all in case of any technical failure

The event went seamlessly. The client was over the moon with the support they received from us and how close we had got the finished event to what had been discussed in the briefing meetings.
The delegates really did do a double take as they went into the auditorium and said afterwards that it was the nicest venue they’d been to. They were made to feel very special, which was the underlying message of the brief. The day after, it was all gone, no sign we’d been there.
Mission accomplished!
